Gamma Psi
Spring 2025 Recruitment

A MESSAGE FROM OUR SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Aubrey Winger
Dear PNMs,
I am so happy you’ve made the decision to go through recruitment! Delta Sigma Pi is a national co-ed professional business fraternity, founded 117 years ago at New York University. The fraternity was built with the goals of fostering the study of business in universities and encouraging scholarship, social activity, and the association of students for their mutual advancement. Delta Sigma Pi is so much more than a club. It is a community of friends that builds leaders and professionals. The Gamma Psi chapter was founded in 1951 here at the University of Arizona. In this chapter, we focus on building a close knit brotherhood, professional excellence, philanthropic service, and a generational alumni network.
Our Spring 2025 Recruitment will give potential new brothers a look into the family we have created at Gamma Psi. They will learn about the exceptional leadership and professional opportunities we provide, as well as hear about the amazing experiences this chapter has given us. The recruitment process is designed for students to network with brothers of the Gamma Psi chapter and to explore our mutual values and goals. As Senior Vice President, my goal for recruitment is to display just how special our brotherhood is. Gamma Psi is unlike any other organization on campus and we can’t wait to meet each and every one of you to tell you all about it.
Required Qualifications:
1. Pre-business, Business, or a BA Econ major.
2. At least 3 semesters remaining before graduation.
3. Minimum GPA of 2.75.
Becoming a brother of the Gamma Psi chapter has truly made my time at the University of Arizona more amazing than I could have ever imagined. The friendships I have made and the opportunities that have been given to me are something I wouldn’t trade for anything. I had no idea deciding to go through recruitment two years ago would have had such an impact on my life. As daunting as it was, I am so proud of my freshman self for challenging myself, just as proud as I am of you for making the choice to come to recruitment. As you go through this upcoming week, know that each of us have been in your shoes. I wish you the best of luck through this process and I can’t wait to meet you!
Best,
Aubrey Winger
